Each booking is made for a date and time, so you can book the same slot week after week whenever it is open.
Each ground sets its own price, and the exact amount is shown before you pay. A 2.6% service charge applies only to the amount you pay through the app; any balance paid in cash at the ground carries no charge.
Payments go through PayFast, a licensed Pakistani payment gateway. You enter your card, JazzCash, Easypaisa or Raast details on PayFast's own secure page, never in Groundify, and we never see or store them.
Bookings can be cancelled up to 4 hours before the slot begins. Each request is reviewed, and approved refunds are processed within 2 working days.
