Groundify Terms of Service

Welcome to Groundify. By using our mobile application or website at igroundify.com, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. About Groundify

Groundify is a sports ground booking platform operating in Pakistan. We connect players with ground owners for slot reservations and related services. The same mobile app supports player and owner roles; you register for one role per account. Contact: igroundify@gmail.com.

2. Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when registering (name, email, mobile number).
• Phone verification via OTP and email verification may be required.
• For owner accounts, the business mobile number verified at sign-up is locked in Profile and cannot be changed through the app.
• One email address is linked to one account role (player or owner).
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• You may request account deletion from Profile. A 48-hour grace period applies, and players cannot delete while they have upcoming or pending bookings. See our Privacy Policy for how booking and review records are handled after a player account is removed.

3. Bookings & payments

• Booking availability is shown in the app but confirmation depends on ground owner approval where applicable.
• You may select court-specific slots where a ground offers multiple courts.
• Slot availability can change if a ground owner blocks slots, closes a ground, or an update is pending admin review.
• Payments may be made via JazzCash as shown in the app. You may choose partial payment options (25%, 50%, or 100%) where offered and upload payment proof.
• Groundify facilitates booking and communication; the booking contract for use of the venue is between you and the ground owner.
• Refund and cancellation rules may depend on the ground owner's policy and booking status.

4. Ground owners

Owners must provide accurate ground details, pricing, courts, and availability. Grounds and material changes may be subject to admin review before listing or going live. Owners must maintain a valid JazzCash payment profile (separate from the locked account mobile number) to receive payouts. Changes to a locked payment profile require admin approval. Owners may block specific slots or courts and may temporarily close listings according to app features. Owners can download monthly revenue statement PDFs for closed months.

5. Acceptable use

You may not misuse the platform, submit false bookings, abuse OTP or verification systems, harass other users, or attempt to circumvent app security.

6. Reviews

Reviews must be honest and based on genuine visits. We may remove content that is abusive, fraudulent, or violates these terms.

7. Limitation of liability

Groundify is provided "as is." We are not liable for injuries, disputes, or losses at physical venues, payment disputes between users and owners beyond our platform role, or service interruptions beyond reasonable control.

8. Changes & termination

We may update these terms or suspend accounts that violate them. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
